REFUND POLICY
At LuxeSpace Interiors, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you're unhappy with our design, please contact us within 7 days of project completion to discuss your concerns. For services rendered and designs agreed upon, we offer partial refunds for any design adjustments that fall outside the initial scope, or if the service was not performed to our high standards. For custom-made elements like furniture or built-in pieces, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will offer a free revision or credit toward future projects. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that design services already executed (i.e., conceptual designs or consultations) are non-refundable, but we will always work to resolve any issues promptly. Our priority is ensuring that you are happy with the final result.
